Today was another fun filled day. There was a "Serious Incedent" at dinner time with one of the girls and several other kids in the class so that needed to be delt with by Helen. I don't envy her that.
I got to take the class for a few minutes as Gerry had to take a couple of phone calls, obviously the kids were trying it on, by the time she came back there were 4 kids numbers on the board. The hard thing about the reward chart thing is that I'm not sure what Gerry would class as behaviour that warents a warning. There are some things where if it was my class I'd put their name up on the board for constantly doing things that I've told them not to. There are some tables that keep talking and messing about when they've been told not to, were that my class I'd give them all a cross against their name for that day, but I don't know how Gerry feels about it so I refrain from doing it.
I've also gone the whole hog and got myself an academic planner so I can use when the kids read to me and see how they're getting on.
Anyway I'm not going to write much tonight as I've come home with a killer head ache.
